Summer Snack Series: Protein Acai Bowl

Sometimes the best things are served in bowls. Ice cream. Cereal. Spaghetti. Another favorite is acai bowls. They take all the delicious components of a smoothie, but in a bowl!
A great way to get your kids involved in making this snack is to make an acai bowl bar. Put all the toppings in separate dishes, and let the kids top it themselves! It gives the same feel of an ice cream sundae bar, but with way more nutrients.
