"I had lost over 100lbs 16ish years ago. I kept it off give or take 5 fluctuating lbs but I could always get it off. About a year and a half ago I lost my dad and gained about 15 back with no luck of getting my mind right and focus back on my diet. For me counting calories works. I know my limits. But I couldn’t do it. I tried juice cleanses to start me back up or restarting the diet I tried when I lost a lot of weight over and over and I gave up in roughly three days each time.
