Jason Fitzgerald is a coach, dad, lifelong runner, podcast host, and lucky for us, Previnex Partner! Jason grew up as an endurance runner, is now an online running coach, and hosts the Strength Running Podcast. While all these responsibilities are enjoyable, they make prioritizing a necessary part of Jason’s life. “My life revolves around showing up physically, professionally, and for my family, so I need to prioritize my health to reach all my goals,” he shared with us. As a running coach and athlete, Jason has to keep his health and wellness a top priority.
