Our Multi has a comprehensive range of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants at levels where the clinical data shows that human cells get optimal health benefits. These higher nutrient levels require space, and we’ve found that a tablet is the best delivery method in light of this and other factors. If absorption is a concern, we follow US Pharmacopeia protocols during the manufacturing process and test the tablets for dissolution and disintegration among other things, and the tablets dissolve during these tests in under 20 minutes, which ensures that the nutrients will be readily available for absorption when they get to the intestines.]
