Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bars

- 1 cup + 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter or almond butter
- 10 medjool dates, pitted
- 1-½ cups old fashioned rolled oats (gluten free)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal

- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 2-4 tbsp almond milk
- ⅓ cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
