But this super green smoothie bowl is high in vitamins B & C, protein, fiber, and folate, giving us so many of the vitamins and minerals we need. So get your blender, and get mixing
Ingredients
- 1 sliced, frozen, organic banana
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 scoop Previnex Nourify PLUS vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
