Super Green Smoothie Bowl

Green is super (see what we did there), especially when it’s in bowl form! Getting all the nutrients we need in a day can be challenging, especially when life is busy. But this super green smoothie bowl is high in vitamins B & C, protein, fiber, and folate, giving us so many of the vitamins and minerals we need. So get your blender, and get mixing

Ingredients

  • 1 sliced, frozen, organic banana
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 scoop Previnex Nourify PLUS vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
