Lean & Green Meals are designed to provide a portion-controlled, balanced meal, while also teaching you how to prepare healthy meals going forward.

What is a Lean & Green Meal?

For your daily Lean & Green 500 calorie meal, you will be choosing a lean protein and non-starchy vegetables. Each Lean and Green meal should be comprised of 5 to 7 ounces of a lean protein plus 3 servings of vegetables.

Depending on your schedule, this meal can be eaten at any time of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or in-between).
