Pumpkin Energy Balls

Craving pumpkin but with a healthy twist? Our delicious, healthy Pumpkin Protein Energy Balls only take minutes to make and will give you an energy boost to power through your day!


Ingredients:

3 cups of organic rolled oats

1 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree

1 cup organic almond butter

2 scoops Previnex Nourify PLUS Vanilla Protein Powder

⅔ cup raw honey

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

½ tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup organic coconut flakes

½ cup organic cacao nibs

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

2. Shape into balls 1” in diameter

3. Place on cookie sheet and freeze for 1 hour

4. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week
