Berry Fruit Overnight Oats

Strawberries and blueberries the way they were meant to be, in a healthy, delicious, refreshing breakfast treat that is sure to satisfy.


Ingredients:

½ cup of organic rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop of Previnex Nourify PLUS Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder

1 organic banana

½ cup unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp raw honey

Pinch of salt (Himalaya Salt preferable)

½ cup of frozen organic blueberries

½ cup of frozen organic strawberries

Directions:

Combine rolled oats, chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mash up the banana and then mix in the protein powder. Combine banana and protein powder mixture in bowl with oats, chia seeds and milk and mix together. Mix in raw honey, pinch of salt and berries. Pour into mason jar or other airtight container and put into the refrigerator overnight.

Can be prepared up to 5 days in advance. When ready to eat top with more berries and additional toppings, such as almond slivers, as desired.
