A hot matcha latte is a cozy, energizing way to start the day—and with a scoop of Nourify® PLUS vanilla protein powder, it becomes a nourishing, balanced drink you can make in minutes.


This recipe is blender bottle-friendly, so cleanup is minimal. For the hot version, simply heat your milk (we recommend popping a mug in the microwave) and then stir in the matcha protein blend from your blender bottle. For an iced latte, shake everything in the blender bottle and pour over ice cubes instead.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 scoops Nourify® PLUS vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk (soy or coconut work great if you like a thick, creamy latte)

  • ½ cup water

  • 3/4 tsp matcha powder (we recommend ceremonial grade)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)


Directions

Heat milk in the microwave for about 2 minutes, or on the stove top until hot. 

While the milk heats, add Nourify® PLUS vanilla protein powder, matcha powder, water, and optional sweetener to your blender bottle. Shake vigorously until smooth.

Pour hot milk into a mug and add the matcha protein blend. Stir to combine. Enjoy!

Note: For an Iced Matcha Latte, skip heating the milk, combine all ingredients in the blender bottle, and then pour over ice.
